Tamara Mellon, seeking to bring Choo’s designs to a broader audience, co-founded the brand and played a key role in marketing the shoes. They opened their first boutique in London, and the brand’s unique, hand-crafted designs, often featuring luxurious materials like satin and embellished details, became an immediate success.
