Refund policy

AtΒ Ventzia, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

β€’ In the same condition that you received it

β€’ Unworn or unused, with tags

β€’ In its original packaging

β€’ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

β€’ The item is defective or damaged

β€’ You received the wrong item


We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

β€’ Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

β€’ Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

β€’ Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

β€’ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period


If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.


The item must be:

β€’ In the same condition as received

β€’ Unworn or unused, with tags

β€’ In its original packaging

β€’ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
